A bite-sized course on communicating clearly to feel heard, consisting of a one-hour pre-recorded session followed by a live interactive workshop.

Develop Nonviolent Communication skills to manage conflict and build empathy for use in your workplace. The course is modular, consisting of 4 x 90-minute online sessions, together with handouts and reflective practices to complete between sessions.
All sessions are on Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm BST/GMT (UK time): 29th September, 6th October, 13th October, 20th October, 3rd November, and 10th November.
It's ideal to attend all of the live sessions. However, we wouldn't recommend missing more than one session, as this will impact the benefit you gain from the course.
This course is delivered entirely online.
