The Psychological Safety Masterclass, led by Petra Agthe, provides delegates with a good understanding of the What, Why, and detailed How of Psychological Safety.
This series consists of six modules that take you through a journey from the cognitive and emotional harm created by the traditional approach to errors to the importance of recognising self-compassion, the power of language, and celebrating success.
The next course begins on Tuesday 21st April at 7.30pm, with subsequent sessions on 5th May, 19th May, 2nd June, 16th June, and 30th June.
It's ideal to attend all of the live sessions. However, we wouldn't recommend missing more than one session, as this will impact the benefit you gain from the course.
